Fee Voucher / Challan Generator

What this tool does

Creates school fee vouchers (challans) with three copies side by side — Bank Copy, School Copy and Student Copy — separated by cut lines. Each voucher shows the bank account details, voucher number, issue and due dates, student details, the fee heads, total, the amount in words, and the fine payable after the due date.

How to use it

1. Enter the school and bank details (bank, branch, account title and number) and your logo.
2. Set the fee month, issue and due dates, voucher number and late fine.
3. Edit the fee heads and amounts (tuition, admission, exam, transport, computer, concession and more).
4. Add students or paste a whole class (Name, Father, Class, Roll, Arrears, Discount) — one A4 page per student is created.
5. Download the PDF, print on A4 landscape at 100% and cut along the dashed lines.

Free PDF includes the website watermark; Premium members get a Word file and watermark-free PDF.
