MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into as of 6 September 2026 between:

3. Term
This Agreement remains in effect for 2 year(s) from the date of signing, or until the Confidential Information no longer qualifies as confidential.

4. Exclusions
Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party.

5. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
